Kroměříž Recreational Port – Design Work

The subject of the public contract is the evaluation of submitted documents; pre-project preparation - processing of geodetic survey, mathematical model of groundwater flow, port entrance building, conceptual design of access and service roads, parking spaces and maneuvering areas, parking spaces for Czech Police vessels, service center, architectural and spatial design of the operational building, analysis of the port's energy balance and comprehensive technical solution for the port; processing of documentation for permit approval as per § 157 para. 1 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"). including BIM model; engineering activities; obtaining a legally binding permit approval; processing of tender documentation including performance or function requirements including BIM model; marking of basic construction survey points; author's supervision, for the planned construction "Kroměříž Recreational Port". This construction consists of providing a fully functional public port for recreational vessels for the city of Kroměříž. The port will have the following parameters and will provide the following functions: - fully functional public recreational port with a capacity of approx. 80 vessels, - short-term, medium-term and long-term vessel berthing, - long-term protected covered berthing for 2 Czech Police vessels, - public embarkation and disembarkation, - service facilities (connection to drinking water and electricity, sewage and bilge water discharge, waste collection, possibility of refueling (petrol, diesel, untaxed diesel) and possibly alternative fuels, - ramp for launching vessels and a stationary crane, - protective and wintering function, - land part of the port including operational support facilities (operational building, sanitary facilities, warehouses) and connection to transport infrastructure including parking. The port will also include connections to all necessary utility networks for the port, including end-user connection points for vessels, land part of the port including operational support facilities, i.e. port manager's building, sanitary facilities, warehouse and facilities for the Czech Police, connection to public transport and technical infrastructure including public access and approach (also for service vehicles) and parking spaces for cars, buses and trailers. The port, including access, will be illuminated and monitored by a camera system. Navigation markings and a port information system will also be installed. The port's electricity consumption, including connection points, will be partially covered by photovoltaic panels and a battery storage system. The basic port activity will be of a public nature. The complete scope of the subject of the public contract is defined in the contract and its annexes, which form Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation.
