Eligibility Requirements: This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-gp system meeting the following criteria: 1.The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply, testing, commissioning of HVAC and related services as supplier shall be 5(Five) years. 2.The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of CHILLER system in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 9.00 (Nine) crore. 3.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the tenderers shall be Tk 7.00 (Seven) crore. Letter of commitment for the bank’s undertaking for line of credit should be in the format (Form e-PG3-8) as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. 4.The tenderer must have Up-to-date valid: a) Trade License, b) ABC/BC category Contractor, Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, c) Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN, d) VAT Registration certificate from NBR. 5.Tenderer must submit Manufacturer Authorization letter in a prescribed Format from the Manufacturer for CHILLER, AHU, FCU and necessary catalogue along with Tender. (Chiller, AHU must be AHRI Certified) 6.The tenderer must be sole agent/Distributor of the proposed brand CHILLER system. 7.The brand of CHILLER, FCU, AHU shall be from same Manufacturer and Same Brand. 8.Oil Free Magnetic bearing chillers are preferable in this tender. 9.PPA 2006 and PPR 2025 (with all amendments) shall be followed. * Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
