Renovation of the gymnasium at the Technical School Complex in Suwałki

1. The subject of the order is the renovation of the gymnasium at the Technical School Complex in Suwałki, including: 1) construction works consisting of: - preparatory and demolition works, including: protecting the sports hall floor from damage during the works, dismantling the suspended ceiling with its wooden structure and the asbestos blankets laid on it, dismantling the lighting fixtures, removing debris from the building, transporting it up to 5 km, and disposal, - on the gable (west) wall, removing the chipboard cladding and the window, bricking up openings with 24cm blocks, plastering both sides, applying gypsum smooth coats and painting, - replacing wooden door joinery with aluminum double-leaf and single-leaf doors within the gymnasium, according to the color scheme agreed with the user, doors with panels equipped with handles, lock, and automatic closer, - cleaning, anti-corrosion and fire protection (up to R 30) of the steel structure – trusses, bracing, - wiping, filling, and painting walls and ceiling, including a 2.0m high skirting board with clear varnish, - local repairs of the sports floor, replacement of skirting boards, sanding, varnishing of the parquet floor, and marking of court lines, - renovation of the existing steel balustrade on the mezzanine by cleaning it, raising it by adding a handrail made of 50 mm diameter steel pipe, anti-corrosion protection and surface painting, bringing it to a condition meeting technical requirements, - replacement of the mezzanine floor and tiling of the window sills, filling and painting walls with a clear varnish skirting board up to 2.0m, - filling and painting walls and ceiling of the main hall, including replacing external steel doors with new aluminum warm profile doors, equipped with a handle, anti-burglary lock, and automatic closer, and single-leaf wooden doors with single-leaf cold profile aluminum doors, renovation of the existing mosaic plaster skirting board as necessary, joinery color scheme to be agreed with the user, - filling and painting walls of the staircase leading from the main hall to the mezzanine, including demolishing the door pillar and removing wooden doors, replacing the floor of the stair flights, renovating the steel balustrade by cleaning, raising, anti-corrosion protection, and surface painting, bringing it to a condition meeting technical requirements, filling and painting walls and ceiling in the storage room adjacent to the stairs, including replacing wooden entrance doors with aluminum ones, - supply and installation of internal blinds for the south-facing windows, electrically operated, in a color agreed with the user, - replacement of wooden doors with aluminum security blinds with a lock, lockable, electrically operated and liftable, in the main hall, in a color agreed with the user, - protection of gable walls and columns under the mezzanine with wall mats at least 2.0 m high, meeting health and safety requirements. - installation of a protective net on the south wall. 2) sanitary works - the scope of work includes the renovation of the central heating system installed on the north wall of the hall at ground floor and mezzanine level and in the staircase leading to the mezzanine. The scope of renovation of the central heating system includes the dismantling of cast-iron sectional radiators with control and shut-off valves, and the dismantling of the central heating system, i.e.: risers and horizontal pipes with shut-off valves, air vents, and brackets. The contractor is responsible for the disposal of the dismantled central heating system components. After dismantling the existing system, a new one is to be installed from the ground floor level using galvanized carbon steel pipes, equipped with shut-off valves, without thermal insulation.
