Det sociale område i Region Syddanmark består af fem centre, der leverer højt specialiserede ydelser til mennesker med fysiske og psykiske handicaps. De fem centre har ca. 681 dagtilbuds-, døgntilbuds- og aflastningspladser til både voksne og børn/unge. De fem centre er kort beskrevet i KB2, pkt 1.5. En uddybende beskrivelse af centrene kan findes på regionens hjemmeside: www.regionsyddanmark.dk/social Lokationerne under Region Syddanmarks Socialområde, omfatter derfor bl.a. socialcenter, handicapcenter, autismecenter, specialcenter samt en skole for hørehæmmede, hvorfor der fremkommer rengøring på borgernære områder. Lokationerne er beliggende på Fyn og i Syddanmark. Rengøringsservice omfatter løbende indvendig lokalerengøring og rengøringsrelaterede serviceopgaver. Opgaven udbydes samlet, uden opdeling i delaftaler. Rengøringsservice bliver på hovedparten af Ordregivers lokationer udført af ekstern leverandør, dog har Ordregiver eget ansat personale på lokation 12 Syrenparken, hvor der stilles krav om virksomhedsoverdragelse.
