Description

The Coordinating Entity requires a Product that meets or exceeds the following requirements:Provide on-site service for 100% of laboratory equipment listed in attached Appendix A, located in various departments at various locations in Winnipeg and Brandon, MB, on an as required basis; schedule and provide preventative maintenance visits as required.Provide equipment calibration in compliance with CAP Accreditation standards (details available at www.cap.org); ability to diagnose service required on variety of manufacturers equipment with access to original equipment manufacturer’s parts; Field Service Representatives available Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm; on-site response times expected within 24 hours for on demand service requirements.Provide detailed monthly usage tracking reports and additional copies of all work orders electronically on monthly basis.
