Request For Information to collect information about a project to commission the following solutions Project 1: Change Management Toolkit and Network The objective is to redesign and maintain the national Change Management Toolkit and operate a national Change Management Network. Project 2: Professional Development Service The objective is to establish a sustainable, accredited professional development offer that builds Digital Adoption capability across health and care. These may be run as one procurement, split into two lots or as two separate opportunities. One or more further tender advertisement(s) will be issued at the appropriate time as required. Your responses at this point will have no bearing on any future tender bids you may wish to submit. You will not be disadvantaged if you choose not to respond to this Request for Information (RFI), but it will be helpful to understand your views at this early stage, so you are encouraged to respond as fully as you can. 1) Please return the questionnaire as fully as you can 2) Please return the form by 17:00 21st August 2026 The commencement of procurement and award of any subsequent contract will be subject to budgetary approval. Further information relating to this project can be found at NHSE e-tendering portal at the link below. All clarification questions and submission bids must be received via this portal only.
