Ce projet de l’OIM, financé par l’Union européenne, vise à former 10 000 migrants de retour en Guinée aux compétences entrepreneuriales afin de faciliter leur réintégration économique et sociale.Mis en œuvre dans plusieurs régions du pays entre mai et décembre 2026, le programme propose des formations intensives de 5 jours par cohorte, portant sur la gestion d’entreprise, le marketing, la comptabilité simplifiée et le développement personnel.L’objectif est de renforcer l’autonomie, l’employabilité et la création d’activités génératrices de revenus, en utilisant des approches pédagogiques adaptées, y compris en langues locales.Les prestataires retenus seront responsables de la mise en œuvre des formations, du suivi des bénéficiaires et de la production des livrables, conformément aux exigences de l’OIM.
