Revitalization of the Meziříčský bank of the Bečva River – Embankment

The subject of this public service contract is the preparation of: 1. Construction-technical survey including static assessment of retaining walls along the entire length of the section and foundation structures of buildings on parcels no. 7/1, 7/2 and 7/3, all in cadastral area Valašské Meziříčí-město and the retaining wall behind the cinema on parcel no. 5/1, cadastral area Valašské Meziříčí-město. 2. Documentation for building (project) permit including an indicative construction budget 3. Engineering activities and obtaining necessary permits according to the Building Act 4. Documentation for construction execution and public contract tender including a list of construction works, supplies and services with a bill of quantities 5. Author's supervision 6. Geodetic survey, determination and mapping of the route of existing utility networks, measurement of the existing condition and construction-technical survey, possibly other surveys to the extent necessary for the preparation of project documentation. The project documentation will be based on the architectural study prepared by Kubla&Architects s.r.o., located at Podlesí 508, 757 01 Valašské Meziříčí, IČO 05448689. The area to be addressed will connect to the project "Revitalization of the Market Square, 1st stage – Meziříčský bank" prepared by Kubla&Architects s.r.o., located at Podlesí 508, 757 01 Valašské Meziříčí, IČO 05448689 and will end at the footbridge over the Bečva River near the Žerotín Castle.
