The objective is to maintain all in-scope elevator units in a safe, code-compliant, and fully operational condition in a professional, consistent, and cost-effective manner that supports RRC Polytech’s operational requirements and institutional standards.RRC Polytech seeks a qualified elevator service contractor with demonstrated experience maintaining a diverse inventory of traction and hydraulic elevators, freight lifts, and accessibility passenger lifts in complex institutional or comparable multi-site environments. The successful Vendor must hold all licenses, certifications, and registrations required under Manitoba law, and must employ elevator mechanics holding valid Certificates of Qualification recognized in Manitoba.
