Heifer International Kenya invites qualified and experienced consultants to submit proposals for the Consultancy to Develop a Strategic Learning Agenda and Collaborating, Learning & Adapting (CLA) Framework for the Practice for Change (P4C) Signature Program.
This consultancy seeks a strategic expert with proven experience in organizational learning, adaptive management, MEL systems, and knowledge management to support the institutionalization of continuous learning, reflection, and evidence-based decision-making within the P4C program. The consultant will assess existing learning and adaptive management practices, develop a comprehensive Learning Agenda and CLA Framework, create practical learning and feedback tools, and build staff and partner capacity through participatory and collaborative approaches. The assignment will be implemented over approximately 20 consultancy days in June 2026, through a combination of remote work and in-person engagements in Nairobi and selected field locations.
