To enable you to submit a proposal, please read the attached documents carefully. If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, please 1. Acknowledge receipt of this RFP by completing and returning the Letter of Intent form in Annex A, indicating your intention to submit a proposal or not, no later than Monday, October 26, 2026 2.
