No clarifications will be accepted four (4) business days (96 hours) before the tender closing date and no responses will be provided within 48 hours of the Closing Time. Budget P4I does not disclose allocated budgets or target level-of-effort figures for competitive procurements. Bidders are advised to determine their resource requirements based on the scope and deliverable schedule outlined in Part 4 (Terms of Reference - Deliverables). Briefing Session P4I will hold a non-mandatory briefing session for registered Tenderers via Microsoft Teams at 10AM Bangkok time on Thursday 1 October 2026. P4I will P4I | TH-MT-00-001/P4I/02 1 provide a brief overview of the activity, followed by an opportunity for attendees to ask questions. Tenderers wishing to attend must register by email to tenders@partnershipsforinfrastructure.org, providing the name, position and organisation of each attendee. P4I will subsequently share the Microsoft Teams meeting details. A summary of the questions raised and answers given during the briefing session will be shared with all registered Tenderers. Restrictions on Unless specified, contact with P4I personnel and the relevant Thai Government Consultation counterpart is not permitted during the tender period. Restriction on A firm or a joint venture may participate as a bidder in only one bid, either tendering individually or as a partner in a joint venture, for this tender. Submission or participation by a bidder in more than one bid for this tender (other than alternatives that have been permitted or requested) will, at DT Global's absolute discretion, result in the disqualification of all bids for that tender in which the party is involved. However, this does not limit the inclusion of the same subcontractor in more than one bid by different tenderers. Tender Validity Period The Tender will remain valid for 90 days from the closing date for tender submission.
