Heifer International Kenya invites qualified consultants and consulting firms to submit proposals for the KLMP Annual Outcome Monitoring Survey Consultancy under the Kenya Livestock Marketing and Resilience Project (KLMP).
The assignment aims to assess the project’s FY26 performance across key global and project-specific indicators, including household income, food security, women’s empowerment, climate-smart agriculture, and livestock market systems. The consultancy will involve quantitative and qualitative data collection across multiple counties in Kenya, analysis using Survey CTO and SPSS, and submission of comprehensive monitoring reports to support evidence-based decision-making and accountability.
