R&M and Voids Maintenance Services with Cyclical and Planned Component Replacement (inc OOH and 24/7, 365 days a year cover) Ranked Lots Lot 1 - Central/North – Multi-Trade Lot 3 - Central/South – Multi-Trade Lot 5 - Southern – Multi-Trade Lot 7 - Highland – Multi-Trade Unranked Lots Lot 2 - Central/North – Single Trades Lot 4 - Central/South – Single Trades Lot 6 - Southern – Single Trades Lot 8 - Highland – Single Trades R&M and Voids Maintenance Services with some cyclical servicing EM Lighting Servicing, Blender Value Services, PAT, Smoke Detector servicing and EICRs. There is also the possible addition of small planned component replacement works. Lot: Lot 1 - Central/North – Multi-Trade — R&M and Voids Multi-Trade Maintenance A maximum of 2 contractors will be appointed to each Geographical Area Multi-Trade Lots of the Framework. The highest-ranking Bidder will not have exclusive rights to all R&M and Voids works under this Framework in Geographical Area Multi-Trade Lots 1, 3, 5 & 7. The Lot will cover full multi-trade works, including any combination of trades. As a minimum, this must include: Joinery, Electricals (including door entry, TV aerials and electrical heating works), Plumbing, Painting, Building, Stonework, Roofing, Plasterer, Roughcasting, Glazing, timber windows and doors repairs and drainage works including jetting, clearing & camera works (note: this list is not exhaustive). The Scope also includes provision for out-of-hours cover and voids. Ad hoc Kitchen & Bathroom renewal void works; Cyclical Maintenance, Planned Renewal Programmed works and Medical Adaptations, and any relevant other works as required may also be included. To be carried out in Central Scotland and North Glasgow. Specified locations are Dunoon, Helensburgh, Sauchie, Kirkintilloch, Milngavie(Clober Road), Milngavie(Claremont Drive), Camelon, Falkirk, Laurieston, Stenhousemuir, Bellshill, Coatbridge, Cumbernauld, Erskine, Paisley, Renfrew, Stirling, St Ninians, Easterhouse and Clydebank. Also, to include: EM Lighting Servicing Blender Value Services PAT Smoke Detector servicing EICRs.
