Costs of maintaining temporary diversions, costs of works on PKP premises, track closures, etc., are covered by the Contractor within the basic remuneration. The Contractor shall implement the Permanent Traffic Organization Project received from the Ordering Party, and in case of its expiry, shall apply for an extension in due time. The Ordering Party will sign an agreement with PKP on its behalf, while the Contractor will sign a relevant agreement with PKP enabling the Contractor to operate in the railway area, and shall include all necessary implementation costs in the offer. The Contractor shall carry out construction works in accordance with the conditions attached to the proceedings, including, but not limited to, the formal and legal attachments to the Construction Project, including the agreement with PKP PLK SA ref. IZ11INSA.2133.164.2022.AS of 10.08.2022, the decision on environmental conditions ref. RDOŚ-Gd-WOO.4210.45.2015.AJM.22 of 08.07.2016, and the water-legal permit decision ref. ZO/8703-35/2016/2017/ZR of 31.01.2017, extended by decision ref. GC.RUZ.4210.113.2022.6.KF of 22.11.2022.
