Expansion of provincial road No. 450 on the Mirków – Wieruszów section

1. The scope of construction works planned for the expansion of provincial road No. 450 includes: • expansion of provincial road No. 450 from km 58+773 to km 62+552, • expansion and reconstruction of intersections of provincial road No. 450 with public roads of other categories, • expansion and reconstruction of sections of roads of other categories, • demolition and construction of sidewalks, • construction of a pedestrian-bicycle path, • construction of a parking bay, • demolition and construction of entrances along with covered ditches, • demolition and reconstruction of road ditches, • demolition and construction of a culvert under the provincial road, • demolition and construction of a storm sewer, • demolition and construction of street lighting, • reconstruction of existing infrastructure (power grid, telecommunications, water supply, sewage system, gas) within the scope of collision removal, • construction of a section of a technological channel, • demolition of an existing building, • planting of trees and shrubs, • horizontal and vertical marking. The detailed description of the subject of the order is the design documentation (projects: construction, execution, and technical, quantity surveys) and STWiORB according to art. 103 sec. 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law. 2. When carrying out the task covered by this order, measures to ensure accessibility for persons with special needs, referred to in the Act of July 19, 2019, on ensuring accessibility for persons with special needs, shall be applied. 3. In accordance with the provisions of art. 121 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the obligation to personally perform key tasks related to: the execution of bituminous layers of the road structure (main base layer and binder and wearing courses). This requirement does not apply to the production and transport of mineral-bituminous mixture. With regard to key tasks reserved for personal performance by the Contractor, the Contractor may not rely on the capabilities of the entity making resources available, under the terms specified in art. 118 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, in order to demonstrate compliance with the relevant conditions for participation in the proceedings. 4. The Contracting Authority anticipates granting, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract, to the current contractor of services or construction works, a contract consisting of the repetition of similar services or construction works, consistent with the subject of the basic contract, up to the amount of PLN 16,242,559.68 net. 5. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial offers. 6. The Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractor conduct a site visit.
