Development and service of clarity ppm

The subject of this public contract is: a) the conclusion of a Framework Agreement containing the contractual terms for the performance of individual partial contracts for the provision of implementation and consulting services for the Clarity PPM system, consisting of: • development or modification of existing information systems in the ČEZ Group companies, • implementation of new products including appropriate process consulting, • realization of product upgrades to higher versions, • support and development of existing and new integrations within information systems and also to external systems operated by the contracting authority for the ČEZ Group, respectively, when solving IS/IT architecture to ensure their effective operation; b) based on a Service Agreement, the provision of service services for the Clarity PPM system. The provided service services will be intended for resolving incidents, problems, and service requests beyond the warranty that arise in connection with the operation and administration of the Clarity PPM system. The precise definition of the Subject of the public contract and other requirements for its performance, including information, conditions, specifications, and other data, are specified in detail in parts 3 and 4 of the Tender Documentation. Both the Framework Agreement and the Service Agreement will be concluded with a single Supplier, with whom the Contracting Authority may conclude Contracts based on the procedure according to Art. 26 of Part 1 of the Tender Documentation.
