Original language: isRæsting fyrir skrifstofu ÁTVR ÁTVR eftir tilboðum í ræstingu á húsnæði ÁTVR að Stuðlahálsi 2, Reykjavík. Annars vegar er um að ræða ræstingu í höfuðstöðvum ÁTVR að Stuðlahálsi 2 og hins vegar tilteknum rýmum í dreifingarmiðstöð sem er einnig að Stuðlahálsi. Ræstir fletir eru samtals 1.912 fermetrar. Bjóðendum er boðið upp á að kynna sér aðstæður í vettvangsskoðun mánudaginn 4. maí 2026 kl. 10.00. Útboðsgögn verða eingöngu aðgengileg á útboðsvefnum TendSign: Samið verður við einn aðila um þessi viðskipti á grundvelli lægsta boðs samkvæmt valforsendum útboðslýsingar. Tilboðum skal skila með rafrænum hætti á framangreindan útboðsvef eigi síðar en 1. júní 2026 kl. 10:00. Ekki verður haldinn formlegur opnunarfundur. Niðurstöður verða kynntar á útboðsvef. Vegna tæknilegra vandamála við birtingu útboðslýsingar hefur ÁTVR ákveðið að framlengja tilboðsfrest í útboðinu til 8. júní nk. Til samræmis verður frestur til að bera fram fyrirspurnir framlengdur til 27. maí nk. Tilboð verða opnuð 9. júní nk. Uppfærð útboðslýsing hefur verið birt á útboðsvef. Að öðru leyti eru skilmálar útboðslýsingar óbreyttir. Bjóðendur er hvattir til að kynna sér aðstæður í vettvangsskoðun og skulu hafa samband við umsjónaraðila útboðsins vegna þess.
