Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka RTG systému, včetně příslušenství, pro PNKM, jeho instalace a uvedení do provozu, a to dle minimálních technických podmínek, které jsou uvedeny v příloze č. 3 této zadávací dokumentace, včetně zajištění záručního a pozáručního servisu, a provedení zaškolení personálu PNKM. Zadavatel požaduje záruku minimálně 24 měsíců. Další bližší požadavky a specifikace jsou součástí příloh č. 3 zadávací dokumentace (min. tech. požadavky) a příloh č. 4 a 5 (návrhy smluv). Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky musí být nový, nepoužitý, nerepasovaný, nezastavený, nezapůjčený, nezatížený leasingem ani jinými právními vadami, roku výroby 2025 nebo později, a nesmí porušovat žádná práva třetích osob k patentu nebo k jiné formě duševního vlastnictví.
