For new construction, replacement, or renovation measures on the FHG site, the involvement of technical consultants is often required at very short notice. The airport has a stock of approx. 90 elevators as passenger elevators, freight elevators, and elevators that are partially exposed to the weather. There are 25 escalators in stock at the airport. The age of the systems ranges from new to 40 years old. They are subject to very different usage loads. Availability must be high and requires a special focus on sustainability. All measures take place under the influence of passenger processes. These set the pace and largely determine the implementation. Essential content for this is, according to DIN 276, cost group 460. The tasks essentially consist of (content based on HOAI): • Condition assessments with and without existing documentation • Review of existing documentation to determine utilization, etc. • Creation of simple studies for new construction, conversions, or renovations • Creation of basic concepts, possibly in variants under passenger operation with prioritization of the systems • Preliminary dimensioning and quantity surveys for concept planning and LV creation or optimization of existing systems • Cost statements with the required accuracy of processing, including ancillary construction costs • Project-related measures based on HOAI for small projects • Planning and construction supervision (LPH 01 to 09) of elevator systems, taking airport standards into account • Planning and construction supervision (LPH 01 to 09) of escalators • Coordination of interfaces and involved trades and on-site instruction It is intended to create a framework agreement based on either hourly rates or alternatively lump-sum HOAI services. The quantities used are statistical experience values from recent years. Since the construction measures are partly in the security area, the contractor's employees working on site must be security-checked.
