Description

The design, development and delivery of a front-line safety leadership program for the Royal Australian Mint's (the Mint) front-line leaders and middle management. The front-line leadership program must be facilitated in person at the Mint's premises in Deakin, ACT.The Program must include;1. The development and delivery of a front-line safety leadership program.2. Working sessions for all Mint workers.3. A virtual learning artefact of the incident.
