The ATO is seeking to engage supplier(s) to design, deliver and evaluate two distinct leadership development programs:• Program 1 – EL2 Talent Development Program (Enterprise Readiness)• Program 2 – SES Talent Development Program (System Stewardship)While a single procurement process will be used, the programs are not interchangeable and must be clearly differentiated in purpose, design and level of challenge. Suppliers may respond to one or both programs, and one or more suppliers may be engaged.
