Im Paul-Ehrlich-Institut (PEI) sollen die dort vorhandenen asbesthaltigen Brandschutzklappen saniert werden. Das PEI besteht aus 9 Gebäuden, die von 1984 bis 1987 geplant und ab 1988 realisiert wurden. Der Gebäudekomplex ist maximal 8-geschossig, drei der Geschosse sind Technikgeschosse, zwei der Geschosse Kellergeschosse. Die Gebäude verteilen sich auf einer ca. 200 m x 150 m großen Liegenschaft. Es handelt sich um die Sanierung von ca. 59 St. asbesthaltige Brandschutzklappen die in 23 Sanierungsbereichen unterteilt sind. Die zu sanierenden Brandschutzklappen sind im gesamten Institut verteilt. Wir haben 2 Umfangreiche Sanierungsbereiche mit 11 Brandschutzklappen, gemäß TRGS 519 und alle übrigen Brandschutzklappen sind im BT 58-Verfahren zu sanieren.
