Der Landkreis Freudenstadt, bei dieser Baumassnahme vertreten durch Dezernat I Immobilienmanagement, beabsichtigt in drei aufeinander folgenden Bauabschnitten ein Bauteil des Berufsschulzentrum in Horb am Neckar technisch, insbes. bezogen auf die Anlagengruppen 4/5/8 zu sanieren. Die Planungsleistungen der Anlagengruppen 1/2/3 gem. § 53 HOAI werden durch den AG selbst erbracht, bzw. sind aufgrund der Honorarhöhe nicht Bestandteil einer Vergabe gem. VgV. Die Massnahmen haben während des laufenden Schulbetriebs , jeweils beginnend kurz vor den Sommerferien, zu erfolgen. Der AG macht eine Weiterbeauftragung ab LP 3 von einer Förderung abhängig und behält sich vor den AN ab der LP 5 nicht mehr weiter zu beauftragen, wenn die Förderzusage ausbleibt oder in den wesentlichen Teilen nicht der Annahme des AG entspricht. Dies berechtigt nur den Anspruch auf tatsächlich bis dahin übertragene Leistungen ohne Mehrforderung. Die Planung hat mit der Übertragung der Planungsleistungen, zunächst LP 1-3 Ende 2026 zu beginnen, die Ausführung ist vorgesehen: BA 1 2027 (1. OG) NUF ca. 1.100 m² BA 2 2028 (2. OG) NUF ca. 1.600 m² BA 3 2029 (EG) NUF ca. 1.500 m²
