Es werden die Werkleitungen Abwasser (teilweise), Wasser, Gas (teilweise neu, mehrheitlich Rückbau) und Strom erneuert sowie die Wärmeleitungen neu erstellt. Sämtliche Randabschlüsse werden erneuert. Der Grünstreifen sowie das angrenzende Trottoir bleiben bestehen. Die Fahrbahn beträgt neu 6.00m. Das Trottoir auf der Seite Aspermontstrasse wird mit einem Grünstreifen und Parkplätzen angepasst. An der Wiesentalstrasse auf dem Abschnitt Haus 135 bis 143 erfolgt ein Ersatz der Wasserleitung, der Rückbau der Gasleitung sowie der Neubau der Wärmeleitungen inkl. Hausanschlüssen.
