Original language: GermanDas Gebäude Kindergarten Dorf wurde 1913 als Primarschulhaus mit einer Lehrerwohnung im Obergeschoss erstellt. 1963 wurde das Klassenzimmer zu einem Kindergarten umgebaut. Die Schule Volketswil beabsichtigt das Gebäude künftig besser auszunutzen - dazu sollen neu in den oberen Geschossen Räumlichkeiten für den schulpsychologischen Dienst geplant werden. Mit der erweiterten Nutzung und der Umsetzung von hindernisfreien Zugängen ist eine Gesamtsanierung des Gebäudes vorgesehen. Das Gebäude ist in das Inventar von überkommunaler Bedeutung aufgenommen worden. Zur Umsetzung soll ein Generalplanermandat vergeben werden. Im Rahmen der Präqualifikation wird vorerst nur das federführende Architekturbüro gesucht.
