Original language: GermanDie Stadt Gerlingen beabsichtigt die Sanierung der Pestalozzi Schule. Die Gebäude aus den 1940/1950er-Jahren weisen einen erheblichen Sanierungsbedarf auf. Dies betrifft u.a. die energetische und brandschutztechnische Sanierung, Erneuerung der TGA – Sanitär/Elektro sowie den Ausbau der digitalen Infrastruktur. Neben diesen substanziellen Maßnahmen soll eine räumliche Entwicklung hin zu einer modernen Ganztagsschule erfolgen. Hierbei soll im Bestand entwickelt und kein Neu- oder Anbau erstellt werden.
