Original language: GermanSBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Die Gebäude wurden in den 60er Jahren errichtet und wurden mit asbesthaltigen Fassadenplatten bekleidet, welche vollständig abgebaut und entsorgt werden sollen. Auch die Fenster und Glasfassaden sind durch Anhaftungen von PCB in Abschnitten auszubauen und zu entsorgen. Das Gebäude 03 ist im Inneren von Schadstoffen zu befreien. Es handelt sich hierbei um PCB-haltige Fugenmassen mit angrenzenden Bauteilen, Weichasbest in Brandschutzwänden und KMF-haltige Dämmung in den Abhangdecken. Die Innensanierung beginnt im Februar 2025, der Abbau der Fassadenplatten erfolgt in Teilabschnitten bis Nov. 2026. --------------- Hier: Schadstoffsanierung
