Momenteel heeft de Opdrachtgever verschillende Overeenkomsten voor Schoonmaakdienstverlening. Deze Overeenkomsten lopen binnenkort af. De Opdrachtgever heeft mede daardoor besloten een aanbesteding in de markt te zetten om nieuwe Overeenkomsten af te sluiten voor alle locaties waar dit van belang is. De leverancier wordt gekozen op basis van BPKV-methode (Beste Prijs Kwaliteit Verhouding).
De Opdrachtgever zoekt een partner in dienstverlening die in staat is om de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te borgen waarbij ontzorging, kwaliteit, flexibiliteit, prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding en de betrokkenheid en verbondenheid van het schoonmaakpersoneel deel uitmaken van de samenwerking en de dienstverlening zoals deze geleverd wordt. De Opdrachtgever zoekt een partner die de consequentie durft te dragen van de service en kwaliteit van hetgeen initieel is aangeboden.
