De opdracht zal leiden naar één gunning per perceel, en daarmee dus naar twee gunningen voor in totaal twee percelen. Onder de scope van de opdracht voor perceel 1 valt in ieder geval, maar niet uitsluitend, het volgende:
- Reguliere dagelijkse schoonmaakwerkzaamheden op basis van inspanningsgerichte schoonmaakwerkzaamheden;
- Reguliere periodieke schoonmaakwerkzaamheden -> uniforme werkzaamheden die minder dan 1x per week dienen te worden uitgevoerd;
- Regiewerkzaamheden -> werkzaamheden die geen vaste frequentie hebben, maar op afroep worden uitgevoerd;
- Sanitaire voorzieningen -> leveren van de sanitaire hardware & (bij)vullen van de sanitaire voorziengen.
Onder de scope van de opdracht voor perceel 2 valt in ieder geval, maar niet uitsluitend, het volgende:
- Glasbewassing van gevel- en separatieglas en overige glasdelen;
- Gevelreiniging van gevels en overige onderdelen.
