KVK is bezig met een grote transformatie. We willen steeds verder digitaliseren en onze producten en diensten toegankelijker maken voor ondernemers. Met scrum teams is KVK continu bezig om ondernemers een optimale online-ervaring te bieden voor de producten en diensten van de KVK. Voor de group solide fundament zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren scrum master voor twee van onze teams voor ons Hybrid Infra team (o.a. netwerk, datacenter, VM-ware, IBM). Jij bent vakkundig, marktgericht en analytisch sterk. Complexe materie vertaal jij eenvoudig in heldere analyses die je overtuigend weergeeft richting de Product Owners, teamleden en zo nodig buiten het de Scrum team. Binnen het team motiveer jij je teamleden en cre?er je een inspirerende omgeving waarin focus, feedback en innovatie centraal staan. Je bent gericht op samenwerking, hebt een groot inlevingsvermogen en sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden.Als Scrum master ben je verantwoordelijk voor het faciliteren en optimaliseren van het scrumproces en het faciliteren van Scrum events zoals retrospectives. Je werkt samen met andere Scrummasters en Agile Coaches aan het optimaliseren van processen om steeds beter en effectiever te werken. Jij zorgt ervoor dat niets het team in de weg staat om goed werk te kunnen verrichten en je ondersteunt Product Owners bij een goede invulling van hun rol. Kortom je begrijpt als geen ander de ontwikkelingen die een team doormaakt, hanteert de principes die op dat moment nodig zijn en herkent mogelijke conflicten tijdig en weet ze op te lossen.We zijn op zoek naar iemand met minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in de rol van Scrum master. Je begrijpt wat erbij komt kijken om een kwalitatief goede diensten te ontwikkelen. Ervaring met teams en techniek welke zich bezighouden met infrastructuur en ervaring met het toepassen van scrum/kanban binnen IT-teams gericht op infrastructuur is een must. Op de persoonlijke kant kun je goed coachen en inspireren. Je kan het team aansporen om zelf eigenaarschap te nemen over proces, backlog en de omgeving, ook weet je, indien nodig, tegengas te geven. Je kunt dus coachen, faciliteren en een voorbeeld zijn voor anderen.
