Aufgrund steigenden Wasserbedarfs, fehlender Redundanzen und bestehender Studien plant die RWSG den Bau eines neuen Seewasserwerks neben dem Hochdruckpumpwerk Riet in Goldach zur langfristigen Sicherstellung der regionalen Wasserversorgung. Die Erstellung des Neubaus wurde in mehrere Lose aufgeteilt. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist das Los Hochbau (Baumeister). Diese Ausschreibung umfasst die Leistungen in den folgenden Bereichen: Baustelleneinrichtung Gerüste, prov. Geländer etc. (auch für Drittunternehmungen) Stahlbetonbau Maurerarbeiten Abdichtungsarbeiten Baumeisteraushubarbeiten Es gibt zahlreiche Schnittstellen mit dem Los 1 (Tiefbau), Los 4 (Verfahrenstechnik) und Los 5 (Gebäudehülle). Ausserdem sind auch kleinere Arbeiten im Hochdruckpumpwerk Riet auszuführen (Pumpensockel). Arbeitsbeginn für die Baumeisterarbeiten ist der 1. April 2027. Die Hauptarbeiten müssen bis zum 30.
