Heifer International invites qualified Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) / Employer of Record (EOR) service providers to submit proposals to support the implementation of the Sahel Dairy Project (MeLiTeJi-WASU) in CĂŽte dâIvoire, Mali, and Niger.
The selected provider will deliver compliant employment and HR administration services for project staff, including legal employment hosting, payroll processing, tax compliance, employee benefits administration, onboarding, and HR support services.
The project is part of a five-year Mastercard Foundation initiative aimed at strengthening the dairy value chain and creating economic opportunities for women and youth across the Sahel region. Applicants should demonstrate:
Minimum five (5) years of PEO/EOR experienceExpertise in labor law, taxation, and payroll administration in West AfricaExperience supporting NGOs, donor-funded projects, or multinational organizationsSecure payroll and HR management systemsFrench-language operational capacity (English preferred)
