Tegelijkertijd vertaal je landelijke en regionale ontwikkelingen naar lokaal beleid en draag je bij aan continue verbetering van processen en dienstverlening. Concreet houd jij je bezig met:Beoordelen van (complexe) aanvragen omgevingsvergunningen (toetsen aan omgevingsplan, Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving, beleidsregels enz.)Informeren, adviseren en begeleiden van aanvragers en collega?s in het procesVoeren van vooroverleggen, vertegenwoordigen van de gemeenteAfhandelen van bezwaren en beroepen en opstellen van verweerschriftenOntwikkelen en onderhouden van beleidsregels (Omgevingswet);Adviseren van het collegeDeelnemen aan projectgroepen en de omgevingstafelOverleggen met de portefeuillehouder en optreden als sparringpartnerVoeren van (pr?)mediation en onderhouden van statistische gegevens.
