De opdracht betreft een tijdelijke inhuur binnen het Center of Expertise Juridische Zaken met als specialisatie Privacyrecht om zowel de RvB, stafafdelingen als de multi disciplinaire teams binnen KVK te adviseren die samen zogenoemde Groups vormen over allerlei soorten privacyvraagstukken, met als doel dat opdrachtnemer diens specifieke expertise inzet om bij te dragen aan het adviseren van Groups binnen KVK op het gebied van Privacyrecht om verdere ontwikkeling van KVK en haar producten en diensten te waarborgen. Hierbij worden de volgende activiteiten uitgevoerd: - Het beantwoorden van privacy vragen van de organisatie; - Meedenken over de mogelijkheden binnen de privacywetgeving; - Beoordelen van verwerkersovereenkomsten; - Adviseren voor DPIA?s waarbij de Groups/stafafdelingen worden ondersteund bij het uitvoeren van DPIA?s en deze worden beoordeeld; - Bieden van ondersteuning bij het actualiseren van het verwerkingsregister; waarbij de volgende resultaten opgeleverd worden: - Privacyvragen van de organisatie zijn beantwoord, met duidelijke en tijdige antwoorden; - Mogelijkheden binnen de privacywetgeving zijn besproken, waarbij passende adviezen zijn gegeven; - Verwerkersovereenkomsten zijn beoordeeld om naleving van privacyregelgeving te waarborgen; - DPIA?s zijn geadviseerd en beoordeeld, en de Groups/stafafdelingen zijn ondersteund bij de uitvoering hiervan; - Verwerkingsregister is geactualiseerd, met de benodigde ondersteuning en updates. De opdracht eindigt wanneer de gevraagde resultaten opgeleverd zijn, waarbij geldt dat uitloop is mogelijk afhankelijk van de voortgang van de beschikbaarheid.
