InleidingRegIT is de Gemeenschappelijke Regeling in het kader van ICT-dienstverlening voor 4 gemeenten in Oost-Groningen, welke op 1-1-2026 van start is gegaan. Thans is de organisatie in een transitie om de ICT-dienstverlening in regie uit te gaan voeren. Dit met als doel om de ICT-behoeften (demand) van de organisatie te realiseren (supply) tegen de best mogelijke prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Binnen deze regie wordt de relatie met de interne klanten en externe leveranciers strategisch beheerd, prestaties gemonitord en tactisch bijgestuurd, en wordt een effectieve en effici?nte operationele uitvoering en vernieuwing van de ICT-dienstverlening binnen vastgestelde kaders gewaarborgd. In dit kader zoeken wij op interim basis een senior projectleider met het volgende profiel:Senior projectleider Ontwikkelt en realiseert complexe, multidisciplinaire ICT-projecten en veranderinitiatieven met strategische impact, binnen de door RegIT vastgestelde kaders. Verantwoordelijk voor de tijdige, kwalitatieve en beheerste uitvoering van projecten, in opdracht van de secretaris-directeur of het regieteam. De functie richt zich op het realiseren van afgesproken resultaten en het zorgvuldig overdragen van projectresultaten naar beheer en regie. Projectmatig werken, co?rdinatievermogen en resultaatgerichtheid in een complexe politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving. Excellente stakeholder management vaardigheden en het kunnen balanceren van verschillende belangen, op diverse organisatorische niveaus.Beheersen van projectrisico's en afhankelijkheden.Tijdig informeren en adviseren van opdrachtgevers over voortgang en knelpunten.
