KVK biedt informatie, voorlichting en ondersteuning aan ondernemers bij de belangrijkste thema's op ondernemersgebied. We laten ondernemers starten, innoveren en groeien in binnen- en buitenland. Daarnaast richt onze dienstverlening zich op het stimuleren van het (regionale) economie door partners te ondersteunen in ondernemersdienstverlening. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Relatiemanager die de buitenwereld verkent, meeneemt in onze visie en missie en scherp adviseert over onze dienstverlening. De opdracht betreft een inhuur voor het helpen van KVK zich tijdig te positioneren binnen strategische dossiers op het gebied van dienstverlening. Hierbij worden de volgende activiteiten uitgevoerd:- Is trekker van het Werkpakket Scharnierfunctie;- Neemt positie in waarbij de rode draad met betrekking tot behoeften en ontwikkelingen van partijen (zowel intern als extern) strak in beeld wordt gehouden; - Schrijft een plan van aanpak en onderhoudt proactief contact met ketenpartners om activiteiten en strategische positionering/samenwerking af te stemmen;- Weet wat er bij komt kijken om op (hoog) bestuurlijk strategisch niveau te adviseren en be?nvloeden. Dus ook wat nodig is om (mogelijk tegenstrijdige) politieke belangen het hoofd te bieden door te schakelen met jouw benaderwijze. - Stuurt tevens binnen de KVK-organisatie op de positionering, implementatie en resultaat van onze (regionale) dienstverlening;- Is beschikbaar om een stakeholderbeinvloedingstrategie vorm te geven, op te volgen en de verbinding intern en extern vorm te geven. Je hebt daarom kennis van het stakeholderveld (regionale) dienstverleners aan ondernemers.
