Functie: Senior Toezichthouder Afval In deze complexe, afwisselende en maatschappelijk relevante rol richt je je op het toezicht bij afvalbedrijven, vooral grotere afvalbedrijven die onder de IPPC-regels vallen vanwege hun milieubelasting. Je controleert of ze voldoen aan de Omgevingswet en vertaalt oudere vergunningen naar actuele wet- en regelgeving. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de techniek, maar ook naar gedrag en bewustwording. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor een aantal bestuursgevoelige dossiers, waaronder de asfaltcentrale, verwerker van PFAS en de stortplaats. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Je voert fysieke inspecties uit Je voert administratieve controles uit (opstellen massabalans en LMA) Bestuurlijke sensitiviteit Verslaglegging in woord en geschrift Branchetrekker afval (tijdelijk) Beoordelen E-PRTR verslagen Kennis van zeer zorgwekkende stoffen (ZZS) Beoordeelt of wet- en regelgeving wordt nageleefd Spreekt bedrijven aan op hun verantwoordelijkheid Adviseert over verbetermaatregelen Levert je bevindingen helder en volledig aan in rapportages.
