LET OP: Omdat de inhoud van deze opdracht een verhoogd risico met zich meebrengt voor de arbeidsrelatie/verhouding van de Opdrachtgever naar de zzp'er toe (indicatie: schijnzelfstandigheid/arbeidsovereenkomst), is het niet mogelijk om deze opdracht als zzp'er uit te voeren. Als Servicedesk Medewerker ondersteun je medewerkers en klanten van de gemeente Maashorst bij het gebruik van ICT. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in Uden. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: Beheren van het serviceloket. Uitgeven en innemen van laptops, mobiele apparaten en randapparatuur. Beantwoorden en registreren van serviceverzoeken via telefoon, e-mail en het ticketsysteem. Oplossen van veelvoorkomende IT-problemen zoals verbindings- en hardware problemen. Beheren van gebruikersaccounts en autorisaties. Installeren en configureren van software en werkplekken. Beheren van print- en scanfaciliteiten (eventueel taak van bodes en eerstelijnsmedewerkers?). Uitvoeren van Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Intune). Documenteren van oplossingen en up-to-date houden van kennisartikelen. Ondersteunen van medewerkers met Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). Hulp bieden bij praktische IT-vragen, zoals problemen met laptops, beeldschermen en randapparatuur. Rapporteren van incidenten en wijzigingen. Escaleren van complexere problemen naar de juiste afdeling. Proactief rondlopen in het gemeentehuis om medewerkers te ondersteunen en hen aan te moedigen meldingen in TOPdesk aan te maken voor hun IT-problemen.
