Original language: roSoftware-ul de Management al documentelor și software-ul de Gestionare avize reprezintă două aplicații distincte cu funcționalități și scopuri definite separat, dar integrate la nivel de utilizatori. Aplicația de gestionare avize are ca scop îndeplinirea activităților legate de evaluarea și emiterea avizelor pentru documentaţiile tehnice aferente obiectivelor din zonele cu servituți aeronautice civile sau din alte zone în care pot constitui obstacole pentru navigaţia aeriană şi/sau pot afecta siguranţa zborului pe teritoriul şi în spaţiul aerian al Românie, în baza prevederilor art. 87 alin. (1) din Codul aerian al României din 2020, aprobat prin Legea nr. 21/2020, ale OMTCT 1185/ 2006 şi ale art. 3 alin. 1 lit. a pct. 13 din Regulamentul de organizare şi funcţionare, anexă la Hotărârea nr. 405/1993 privind înfiinţarea AACR, modificată şi completată. Aplicația circulația documentelor permite fluxuri de circulație a corespondenței conform procedurii interne PI-GN-CIC. Ambele aplicații gestionează documente AACR, digitalizând etapele și fluxurile de lucru. Aplicațiile sunt instalate în infrastructura IT a AACR, iar utilizatorii folosesc o interfață unică de acces. În funcție de atribuțiile acestora, se realizează accesul la diferitele funcții ale aplicațiilor. Aplicațiile permit gruparea în pagina de registratură a întregii corespondențe de la nivelul AACR, atât cea primită prin email, cât și cea din formularele on-line de pe pagina de internet a AACR. Aplicația de management a documentelor se adresează tuturor angajaților AACR, iar cea de gestionare avize este monitorizată de DA, pentru asigurarea îndeplinirii prevederilor legale privind atribuțiile AACR de eliberare a avizelor în zonele cu servituți aeronautice.
