In the event that, after the evaluation of offers is completed, there are two or more bidders who have obtained the highest score, leaving more than one in a position to be awarded, the offer with the highest score according to the following order of preference will be chosen:

Inquiries regarding the award can be made via e-mail to the address “adquisiciones@subdere.gov.cl”, stating the tender ID number in the subject line and within a maximum of five business days from the notification of the respective award resolution in the information system. Inquiries will be answered by the contract administrator within five business days after the expiration of the aforementioned deadline.
Likewise, the user service module is available on the website www.mercadopublico.cl to raise inquiries and make clarifications about the evaluation and award process. Inquiries made through this channel will be subject to the same submission deadline as above and will be answered by the contract administrator within the same five business days as stated in the preceding paragraph. This deadline will not affect the validity of the contract.
During the evaluation process, the committee may request clarifications from bidders regarding formal errors in their respective proposals or request omitted documents, in accordance with Article 56 of the Regulations of Law No. 19.886, and as described in Section 12 of these standard tender documents. When exercising this power, the Evaluation Committee may not prompt bidders to alter the essence of their offers, nor violate the principles of equality among bidders and strict adherence to the Tender Documents.
In accordance with the same Article 56 cited in the previous paragraph, the submission of certifications or documents that bidders have omitted to submit at the time of making the offer will be permitted, provided that such certifications or documents were produced or obtained prior to the deadline for their submission or refer to situations that are not mutable between the deadline for submitting offers and the evaluation period of these.
