En caso de presentarse un empate entre 2 o más ofertas, ello se resolverá adjudicando al oferente que hubiese obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio que más adelante se describe y que si persiste el empate entre oferentes, dicha situación se resolverá adjudicando al oferente que hubiese obtenido el mayor puntaje en el Criterio que siga y así sucesivamente y que si aún persiste se adjudicará a quien haya ingresado primero la oferta:
3º Cumplimiento de Requisitos Formales
5° El oferente que haya ingresado primero su oferta.
22.3Mecanismos para solución de consultas y aclaraciones respecto de la adjudicación:
Cualquier duda o consulta será por escrito al correo electrónico:consultasmercadopublico@coltauco.cl. Una vez recibido será derivado a la comisión evaluadora quienes procederán a aclarar cualquier duda respecto de la adjudicación, en un plazo de 05 días hábiles.
14.3.9Presentación de antecedentes omitidos por los oferentes:
En aquellos casos donde el oferente haya omitido el ingreso de los documentos que se mencionan a continuación, el oferente tendrá un plazo de 48 horas hábiles para subsanar dicha omisión, para ello se activará ellink correspondiente:
- Formulario N°1 Individualización del Oferente.
- Certificado de Antecedentes para fines particulares.
Sin embargo, será marginado del proceso licitatorio si el oferente no ingresa los siguientes documentos:
- Formulario N°2 “Experiencia del Oferente”.
- Certificado de Idenoeidad o similar.
- Formulario Nº3 “Oferta Econòmica”.
