ARTÍCULO N°35 RESOLUCIÓN DE EMPATE: En caso de que, al sumar todos los criterios por cada oferente evaluado, se produjese un empate en el total de la ponderación, se desempatará a partir de los siguientes criterios en orden de aplicación sucesiva y excluyente:
1º.El oferente mejor evaluado en el criterio “Oferta económica”.
2º.El oferente mejor evaluado en el criterio “Experiencia de la empresa en el rubro licitado”.
3º.El oferente mejor evaluado en el criterio “RR.HH (Plazo de reclutamiento)”.
4º.El oferente mejor evaluado en el criterio “Comportamiento contractual anterior con instituciones públicas”.
5º.El oferente mejor evaluado en el criterio “Cumplimiento de antecedentes formales”.
6º.El oferente mejor evaluado en el criterio “Programa de integridad”.
En el eventual caso que persista el empate resultará adjudicada la oferta que haya sido ingresada primero al portalwww.mercadopublico.cl.
