En el caso de producirse un empate entre dos o más oferentes en el porcentaje final obtenido en la evaluación, deberá preferirse entre éstas, la oferta que haya obtenido el mayor porcentaje entre los criterios que se señalan a continuación, bajo el orden de precedencia siguiente:
2° Mejores condiciones de empleo y remuneraciones.
3° Experiencia previa en el servicio.
4° Cumplimiento de los requisitos.
10.3. Consultas sobre la adjudicación.
Los oferentes podrán hacer consultas sobre la adjudicación a la entidad licitante, dentro del plazo fatal dedos (2) días corridos, contados desde la publicación de la resolución de adjudicación en el sistemawww.mercadopublico.cl, a través de la siguiente casilla electrónica https:/www.mercadopublico.cl/portal/modules/site/reclamos/ingresoreclamo.aspx, posteriormente a este plazo esta entidad licitante no está obligada a contestar consultas sobre este proceso.
8. PROHIBICIÓN DEL OFERENTE DE MODIFICAR LOS ANTECEDENTES QUE FORMAN PARTE DE LA LICITACIÓN.
La Institución no admitirá modificaciones a los documentos y/o anexos, los que son parte de las condiciones que rigen la licitación. En consecuencia, declarará inadmisible toda propuesta que omita requisitos, contenga contrapropuestas, modificaciones o variantes, así como incongruencias entre la oferta electrónica y los antecedentes entregados a través de los anexos elaborados para este proceso licitatorio, salvo que, tal como lo prescribe elartículo 56 del Reglamento, se traten de:
a)Omisiones u errores formales al momento de presentar los antecedentes:en este caso la Institución le podrá solicitar al oferente que salve dicha omisión o error, siempre y cuando dichas rectificaciones no les confieran una situación de privilegio respecto de los demás competidores y comunicando esta situación a través del Portal mediante foro inverso, todo dentro del plazo fatal que al efecto fije la Institución, el que en ningún caso podrá ser superior ados (2) días hábiles.En caso de existir errores de transcripción que no alteren el valor final de la oferta, la Comisión Evaluadora/Evaluador Único, si lo estima necesario, podrá solicitar aclaraciones, en las mismas condiciones ya señaladas.
b)Omisión de certificados y antecedentes que se hayan producido u obtenido con anterioridad al vencimiento del plazo para presentar ofertas o bien, se refieran a situaciones no mutables entre el vencimiento del plazo para postular a la presente licitación y el período de evaluación:si al momento de postular no se han acompañado estos documentos, la Institución podrá solicitar al oferente, vía Portal, que dentro del plazo que aquel f...
