Objeto del contrato: Servicios consistentes en trabajos de elaboración, revisión y actualización del Inventario General Consolidado de bienes, derechos y obligaciones que conforman el patrimonio de las siguientes entidades, cualquiera que sea su naturaleza y el título de adquisición o uso: a) El Inventario Consolidado de la Diputació de Lleida. b) El Inventario del Organisme Autònom de Gestió y Recaptació de Tributs Locals (OAGRTL). c) El Inventario del Institut d'Estudis Ilerdencs (IEI). d) El Inventario del Patronat de Promoció Económica (PROMECO). e) El Inventario del Patronat de Turisme. La ejecución del contrato comprende la realización de los siguientes trabajos, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas:1.Efectuar una investigación previa para recopilar información relativa a los bienes y derechos, salvo aquellos de los que ya dispone la Diputació de Lleida y sus organismos autónomos. Esta parte incluye la consulta de información y documentación en registros, archivos, catastro, etc. 2. Cumplimentar la ficha electrónica del bien y crear el correspondiente expediente electrónico, adjuntando la información y documentación correspondiente al bien o derecho, de conformidad con la cláusula segunda del PPTP. 3.Trasladar al programa GPA todos los bienes y derechos incorporados al inventario, junto con la información y documentación correspondiente.
