ICARE (Integrated Corporation of Agricultural Resources Empowerment) is a program of the Ministry of Agriculture implemented in collaboration with the World Bank. The program aims to support the management of agricultural areas and agricultural commodity value chains through an inclusive approach in selected locations.
The ICARE Program focuses on high-value commodities to address increasing import substitution while enhancing the agricultural sector's added value and promoting exports. One of the ICARE program locations is Pasuruan Regency, East Java Province, where the main commodities are mangoes and corn.
