The construction is to be based on a cell construction with a total area of approx. 120 sqm. The data center will be connected to the existing building services. The connection will be made from an electrical engineering perspective redundantly via two separate sub-distributions. The outputs for the electrical connection will be provided by the client. An emergency power supply using a backup generator will be provided by the client. An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is to be installed as part of the project. The air conditioning will be provided partly by connection to the central cooling system; for redundancy purposes (in case of failure), an independent, self-contained cooling system is to be set up. The security cell will house the IT cabinets and the recirculating air cooling units. The other necessary technical supply rooms will be realized in separate rooms. (Fire suppression system, electrical sub-distribution, building automation sub-distribution) The measurement, control, and regulation technology for the cell structure is to operate autonomously. A data transfer to higher-level instances, existing on the client side, for visualization of system states is to be established.
