Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka blokové formy pro výrobu polystyrénových bloků. Základní podmínky Zadavatele pro předmět Dodávky: a) dodržení maximální možné půdorysné velikosti dodávané blokové formy: viz Příloha č. 1 Zadávací dokumentace - textová část (ZD-TČ) b) maximální spotřeba páry pro výrobu 1 m3 polystyrénu s hustotou 20 g/l: 10,9 kg/m3 c) požadovaná velikost vyráběného polystyrénového bloku (výška x šířka x hloubka) – hrubé rozměry před smrštěním: 2.580x1.250x630 mm d) systém chlazení řešený pomocí uzavřené chladící smyčky bez venkovního otevřeného chladiče (chladící věže) e) vybavení obsahující • ovládací panel • předplňovací silo s odprášením • možnost individuálních pařících a vakuových cyklů • možnost výměny sít • systém sběru dat • lamelový řetězový dopravník pro 2 bloky • systém vážení bloků • systém značení bloků • vakuový systém včetně vodního hospodářství – uzavřená smyčka včetně výměníku tepla a vzduchového chladiče • systém pro využití odpadního tepla • možnost připojení směšovací odprašovací jednotky Podmínky uvedené v písm. b) jsou předmětem hodnocení nabídky účastníka zadávacího řízení. Podrobně jsou podmínky hodnocení uvedeny v čl. 11.1. a 11.2. ZD-TČ. Součástí předmětu zakázky je dále splnění opatření DNSH dle podmínek dotačního programu OP TAK, viz čl. 12.3. ZD-TČ. Předmětem zakázky je rovněž zajištění záručního servisu. Předmětem zakázky je dále garance pozáručního servisu.
