Le présent marché est un marché de services conjoint au sens de l’article 48 de la loi. Ce marché a pour objet l'exécution des services relatifs à l'épandage des fondants chimiques et au déneigement sur les routes et autoroutes gérées par la Région wallonne (SPW MI, Direction des Routes de Namur– district de Ciney) ainsi que des opérations de mise en ordre des dépôts et/ou des stocks de sel de l'Administration, des prestations de camion, de matériel spécifique et de main-d'œuvre et de location sans chauffeur. Le marché de base porte sur quatre périodes hivernales successives, soit pour les périodes hivernales 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026-2027 et 2027-2028.
