Both files must be sent in a non-editable format (PDF or JPG), and be password protected. The files must be named indicating the tender number and the proposer's name, according to the following format: File 1: LRPS-2026-9204268 - Proposer Name – Technical Proposal.pdf File 2: LRPS-2026-9204268 - Proposer Name – Economic Proposal.pdf Each email must not exceed 10 MB.
